Whether you're a kitchen novice or an experienced cook, this is your chance to step into Italy’s sweet traditions right here in Birmingham!

What’s on the menu?

🍬 Frutta di Martorana: Master the art of hand-painting marzipan fruit—a centuries-old Sicilian tradition, where nuns first created these delicate fruits to adorn winter trees.

🍐 Cotagnata: Cook autumn's quinces into stunning fruit jellies. Set in antique molds, these edible jewels are as beautiful as they are delicious!
