Bone Dinner

November 2010

Bone Dinner was a carnivorous feast based on Gordon Matta Clark’s ‘Bone Meal’, originally presented by Gordon Matta Clark at FOOD, Soho, New York in the 70s. Companis offered their own unique interpretation on edible bones and jewellery items for the diners in a thoroughly memorable evening of unusual dining.

Companis was co-founded in 2009 by Kaye Winwood. It was a provocative company whose intention was to bring people together through food and art events, creating bespoke dining experiences to immerse the diner in a fusion of performance, food and spectacle.
